      Preamble

      Te Thankies Eco UG operates under the domain https: // www. thankies-eco.shop
      an Internet shop and offers products for purchase on the Internet.
      The following general terms and conditions apply to all delivery contracts, services and offers of the internet shop under the domain http: // www.thankies-eco.shop. Deviations from this will only become part of the contract if they are agreed in writing beforehand.


      § 1 product selection

      (1) The customer has the option to select and order products on the aforementioned website. For this, the customer can see the products they want on the website in a virtual shopping cart
      collect. At the end of his purchase, the customer receives a compilation of the ordered products at the total price including VAT.

      (2) Images on the website do not necessarily represent an exact representation of the goods.

      § 2 conclusion of contract

      (1) The offers on our website are subject to change. In the event that goods are unavailable, we are not obliged to provide the service. The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button
      place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. After submitting your order you will receive an automated email from us, which confirms the receipt of your order and
      lists their details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but only informs you of the receipt of the order. A purchase contract is only concluded when the goods are sent.


      (2) If the buyer has misled his creditworthiness when placing an order or if the creditworthiness was missing, which is not recognizable to us, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

      § 3 prices and payment

      (1) The seller's prices stated in the confirmation of receipt apply.
      The prices are net (plus the applicable VAT) from the headquarters of Te Thankies Eco UG.

      (2) We will issue the customer with an invoice for the goods ordered, which will be sent after the goods have been delivered. Payment is made according to the payment method selected when ordering.

      (4) We assume the fees for the sales packaging of the products in accordance with the Packaging Ordinance. For service packaging, the buyer assumes responsibility for disposal according to the packaging regulation in the currently valid version.


      § 4 delivery and shipping costs

      (1) As far as the ordered products are available, delivery takes place within 1-3 working days after receipt of the order. If, contrary to §2 Para. 1, a contract is concluded before the goods are sent and if a certain article is not available due to reasons for which we are not responsible and which occur after the contract is concluded and a replacement cannot be reasonably expected, we are entitled to refuse delivery in this respect. In this case, you will be informed immediately and payments already made will be refunded to you immediately. There is no automatic subsequent delivery even if the goods are available again at a later date. Residual and special item quantities are only delivered as long as stocks last.

      (2) Deliveries are made within Germany from an order value of EUR 50.00 (net without VAT).

      (3) Up to an order value of 50.00 EUR (net without VAT) shipping costs of 4.99 EUR will be charged within Germany. International: Shipping costs are calculated in the order process

      (4) Delivery within the Cologne city area is carried out by bicycle courier. Shipping costs of EUR 2.99 will be charged.

      (5) Costs for pick-up by arrangement are of course free of charge.


      § 5 warranty

      (1) If the delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, you should immediately report such defects to us. For consumers, failure to file a complaint has no consequences with regard to legal claims. For all defects of the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, the consumer's choice is subject to the statutory claims for supplementary performance, defect remediation / new delivery and - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation, including compensation for the damage the revelation as well as the
      Reimbursement of unsuccessful expenses.

      (2) Section 377 HGB also applies to business transactions. The warranty is limited to one year, and we are entitled to replace a rejected product at our option free of charge.

      (3) Slight deviations from the products shown in the online shop are eliminated
      production-technical reasons partly unavoidable (e.g. the color intensity of products). The aforementioned case groups do not justify a complaint.


      § 6 Force Majeure

      (1) In the event that we are unable to provide the service due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters), we are released from our performance obligations for the duration of the hindrance.

      (2) If the execution of the order or delivery of the goods is impossible for longer than a month due to force majeure, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

      § 7 liability

      (1) We are limited to our own deliberate and grossly negligent behavior as well as deliberate and grossly negligent behavior of executive employees. However, this does not apply to non-compliance with

      Any further liability is excluded, especially with regard to loss of profit or financial loss; this also applies to the personal liability of employees, employees, representatives and

      § 8 retention of title

      We reserve ownership of the delivered goods until all payments from the contractual relationship have been received.

      § 9 data protection

      All personal data we collect will be treated confidentially. Only the data necessary for the execution of the order are saved and only passed on to affiliated companies and deliverers or banks for billing to the extent necessary.

      § 10 Alternative dispute resolution according to Art. 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:

      § 11 Place of jurisdiction and place of performance

      (2) In business transactions with business people and with legal entities under public law, the place of jurisdiction - for all legal disputes arising from the contractual relationship - is the court
